We take back the quantity of combustion engine or transmission oil purchased from us as used oil free of charge for the purpose of proper disposal. The take-back also extends to oil filters and oil-containing waste that regularly accumulates during oil changes.
The return location is our warehouse: Monopoel GmbH, Gerberstr. 2, 67245 Lambsheim, Germany.
You can deliver the used oil or oil filters and oil-containing waste regularly generated during oil changes to us in person. Alternatively, you can choose to send them by post, bearing the shipping costs. Please note that special transport conditions may apply to waste oil.
Some of the products we offer (starters, brake calipers, injection nozzles, etc.) are subject to a deposit, which is charged by the parts manufacturer and passed on to you. You will receive a refund of the deposit amount when you return the old part (of the same type) that is being replaced by the new item.
The reason for this is as follows:
The materials contained in the defective parts can be almost completely recycled and reused. Without recycling the old part, it would not be possible to offer the new part at such a low price.
