Every time you change a wheel, every time you work on the underbody, you should take a quick look at the brake calipers. If there is no dust cap on the vent screws, dirt and water will clog the vent screw and dismantle it. Venting screws cannot be cleaned or repaired due to the narrow borehole, therefore each venting screw should be protected with a dust cap.
