Repair kit for the main brake cylinder, consisting of four seals and two orings.
The main brake cylinder (HBZ) on the 124 is very robust and durable. The wear of the sealing boots is constant, but inconspicuous. Thus it comes with the years to ever worse brake performances by internal leakages.
The repair kit fits for all W124 with HBZ from ATE (d = 24 mm), which was installed in all 124s known to us.
Tip: we think that it is worthwhile to get the original part and to completely repair an HBZ with little financial effort plus 20 minutes of work for disassembling, cleaning and reassembling.
