Please check the reference list (s. datasheet), whether this nozzle was originally built in your car.
If you exchange fuel injectors, you have to replace or overhaul the planed spacer.
If you can see marks at the plane surface of the spacer, do not use them any more, because the nozzle will be leaky.
We recommend to use a new spacer (esd-kca-zs).
For the placement of the nozzels the opening pressure must be adjusted. At that you need a nozzle tester. if you do not posses such a device, we recommend to buy fully finished nozzle holder assemblies, e.g. esd-db-komplett.
