  • (*) The shipment of products up to 31 kg is usually done as a parcel with insurance as shown on the list above, if allowed by size (120x60x60 cm) and weight (max. 31 kg).
    The shipping costs for dissenting sizes and weights, as well as parcels to non-EU-countries are calculated in each case.
  • If the customer specified a wrong/incomplete address (e.g. wrong city code, wrong house number, etc.), the additional costs for the delivery will be charged at the expense of the customer.
  • Tanks for spare wheel require a special shipping box, which we charge with 1.99 Euro. Mudguards also require a special shipping box, which we charge with 12.99 Euro for one mudguard and 16.99 Euro for two mudguards.

  • Small parts can be shipped via letter/merchandise shipment depending on size and weight, starting at 5 Euro and on demand. Please note: the letter has no insurance and we assume no liability for damage/loss.
    Please note: due to the enhanced abuse of the paypal buyer protection we do not offer payment via paypal for non-insured shipment (letter,etc).
  • The door-to-door-delivery time of a letter is normally 2-5 work days.
  • If the customer specified a wrong/incomplete address (e.g. wrong city code, wrong house number, etc.), the additional costs for the delivery will be charged at the expense of the customer.

  • For the shipping of the IBC please ask under specification of the delivery address, we will calculate the shipping costs.
  • IBCs are send by truckage company. The delivery time depends on the recipient address
  • The shipment of IBCs to foreign countries is possible, the shipping costs have to be calculated on an individual basis. Please do not hesistate to contact us.

  • If no other deadline is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 1-3 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order). Please note that there will be no delivery on Sundays and public holidays; when shipping with DPD there will also be no delivery on Saturdays.
  • If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
  • Delivery to other EU countries takes 1-4 working days longer than within Germany.
