Gasket valve cover for 6-cylinder 4V-diesel (OM606)
The valve cover gasket is located between the valve cover (cylinder head cover) and the cylinder head. Due to hot engine oil this gasket hardens after many years, an unattractive oil loss around the valve cover is the result.

The valve cover is removed with a few screws and handles and the old, brittle seal is replaced by a soft new seal.
